Accomplishments
As one of the fastest growing programs in the entire Chicagoland area, the 2023 - 24 season marks our seventh full season of Thunder Fastpitch softball.
Thunder Fastpitch focuses heavily on player development and the results show that what we are doing is working. In tournament play, Thunder teams have earned Top 3 finishes almost 70% of the time and won multiple Championships.
Not only are our teams able to compete from day one, but our focus on player development ensures that our young athletes continue to improve and compete with the best programs in the midwest while not having to sacrifice other interests like basketball, volleyball, and others. Many programs talk about supporting multi-sport athletes, but then pressure their players to choose softball above all else. We believe that it's best for our athletes to be well-rounded and our results validate that this approach works.
