Arlington Heights Thunder Fastpitch Softball

Thunder 10u Teal and Thunder 10u Black ended their seasons on a high note last night with a friendly scrimmage at Chicago Bandits Stadium in Rosemont.  From the pre-game tailgate to the post-game fireworks, everyone had a blast.  Take a look at the video below to get a taste of what the Thunder Family is all about:

Thunder 10u Black wrapped up the tournament season with their third Championship Game appearance this weekend.  Even though our young athletes fell by a final score of 6 - 4, the Thunder picked up key wins over several strong teams including the Elk Grove Heat, ESAA Storm, and the Northwest Elite Bandits on their way to the Championship Game. As we wind down our fourth season of Thunder fastpitch softball and many of our teams participate in end of season tournaments this week and next as well as prepare for the start of next season in a few weeks, arguably our sport's biggest star has some words of encouragement and inspiration for our young athletes.  Thanks for the pep talk Ms. Alexander, you have a lot of fans in the Thunder Fastpitch Family!
